RAC patrol recommended this garage, as I needed a wheel speed sensor for my Range Rover. We have nothing but praise for Sheffield Prestige, we had an unfortunate breakdown an hour and half after buying and picking up a second hand Land Rover discovery from another dealer in Sheffield. Took my RR Velar for the first time to this garage for an MOT. Next morning, the battery was flat. Phoned up the garage, they said to come in so they can check. They realised that it should have had a software update when the MOT was done. And resolved the issue. Their response has been brilliant. There can sometimes be issues/glitches with any garage. It’s the way that they deal with them. And this garage dealt with the issue professionally. Very impressive.

Chris and the team were a pleasure to deal with. I was a distance buyer, so was asking a lot of detailed questions before committing to the car I bought in the end. Chris provided me with the all the detail I requested, including a video and copies of service history etc. He collected me from the station, was a great host at his showroom and gave me a couple of small extra's, which were a nice touch... even providing new private plates for me. Overall, a really positive experience, the car was exactly as described, they dealt with any issues highlighted in the RAC inspection and MOT with no quibbles. Overall, a very positive experience. Would recommend.
