I had problems with my Land Rover Discovery 3 (06 Reg) concerning suspension and electronic parking brake faults. After booking the vehicle in for inspection I was met by Lee the service manger who immediately showed me around the underside of the car and pointed out various potential problems. This was impressive in that it wasn’t the usual ‘leave it with us and we’ll find out what the problems are’ you find at many repair centres. Confident that Lee was a true professional I left the car with Prestige. Lee kept me up to date on the progress of the repair process including costings. 2 days later the repairs were complete resulting in the faults being eliminated. When I picked the car up, I was even shown photographs of the faults discovered by the technicians.
