We only fit genuine or original equipment manufacturers parts and only use branded and approved lubricants to ensure that your vehicle is kept in first class condition. All our services are carried out in line with manufacturer's schedules to ensure warranties are not invalidated.We employ ATA accredited master technicians who have been main dealer / factory trained and have almost 30 years experience in the prestige sector of the motor trade.They have all the latest specialist diagnostic equipment and tooling at their disposal including dealer level SDD and IDS diagnostic machines, and direct technical links to both the Jaguar and Land Rover factories. This makes us totally equipped to carry out every job from the simple service to major diagnostic investigations.
We operate transparent fixed menu pricing for service and repair to ensure the customer knows how much before the work is carried out and can budget future service costs. Should any extra work be required you would be advised of the costs by your designated technician before the work was done and so avoid any surprises on the final bill. All our work carries full parts and labour guarantees.
Following recently introduced EU legislation changes to the Block Exemption regulations we are now authorized to carry out warranty, service and repair work to vehicles still under manufacturers warranty given that we follow manufactures schedules and only use approved parts. This now means that you are no longer obliged to return to the main dealers to have this work carried out, and that your warranties would not be compromised. We also work with all other major warranty companies including Car Care Plan, the AA, and Motor Plan. If your car is covered by a lease plan we can also work on these and are registered with 1Link.
We offer a complimentary collection and delivery service within a 10 mile radius and have a fully insured Jaguar courtesy vehicle should it be required. All vehicles are given a free wash and mini valet prior to return.
